Humphrey is a personal relationship management app that helps you track dates, connections, and notes. It includes AI-powered features for insights and recommendations. Features may be updated or changed over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the App's features (including AI-powered analysis).

7. AI Features

The App uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to generate insights, recommendations, and responses. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

8. SMS Communications

By submitting an access request with your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account status. Message frequency is limited to account-related notifications only. Message and data rates may apply. You can contact us to opt out at any time.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
